Based on the concept of Green Construction,after the study of 10 years,we have developed the Panel-Propformwork system with early stripping mechanism.It is a puzzle style system which can be erected or stripped or removed with high efficiency and solid safety.It's a new invention, the most advanced Early Stripping System in the world.  We call it Green Formwork-- Panel-Prop Early Stripping System . 
 
There are 3 basic components in Green Formwork System,do not require braces:

It includes only panel and prop, Both assembling and dismantling are very simple.Average erection or dismantling production speed per man-day is 100 M2.We have confidence that it's the most advanced and fastest slab formwork systems in the world !

SAFE -The independent table with 6 directions moving restriction. Prevent the accident from the principle.
EFFICIENT - It includes only few components, assembling and dismantling  are very simple. The one who knows how to set up a table will know how to do it!

The Green Formwork Modular Shoring System is an advanced steel panel- prop formwork system which allows early stripping process. It provides a suitable formwork solution to most concrete structure and component and meets the general requirements of different construction methods and conditions. The system adopts the structural mechanism of a 4-leg table using puzzle-style & systematic installation approach. Both panels & props are made from Grade Q345 steel components in CKD forms & assembled with bolts& nuts.

Actually now our system is been used for more than 500 projects in USA ,Canada,Australia,Finland,Switzerland,Bulgaria and Czech Republic,UAE,Iraq,Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand,Burma, Cambodia,Nigeria,Jamaica ect.
