Panel - Prop early stripping Green Formwork System  -  Aluminium Formwork / Steel Formwork

Based on the concept of Green Construction,after the study of 10 years,we have developed the Panel-Propformwork system with early stripping mechanism.It is a puzzle style system which can be erected or stripped or removed with high efficiency and solid safety.It's a new invention, the most advanced Early Stripping System in the world.  We call it Green Formwork-- Panel-Prop Early Stripping System . 

It has unbeatable advantages. 
 
SAFE -The independent table with 6 directions moving restriction.It's a very stable system. 
EFFICIENT - It includes only few components, set and removal are very simple.  With early stripping mechanism,it can shorten the construction period and save your time. The erection speed is as high as 60-100 squre meters per person per day.
REDUCED TOTAL COST - Thanks to the early stripping mechanism,the number of panels becomes less and the cost,transportation and storage is reduced. 
MINIMUM OPERATORS - 3-4 workers in a team can quickly and easily set up and remove the panels.

1. How to get a quotation? If you have got structure drawings for the upcoming projects, please send CAD or PDF file to us .We would like to make proposal layout and quotation for you. Or you can let me know the information about slab thickness,floor height,rough area, then we can suggest you a list based on 1000sqm for your general checking.

2. What is the payment term? By T/T or L/C.

3. What is the lead time? According to different quantity and detailed requirements,about 25 to 60 days.

4, Do you offer buy back system or rental business? We offer buy back system on some of medium and big scale projects, but we do not have any rental business yet.

5. Do you have techinical support service? We provide design and related technical service including formwork & scaffolding proposal drawing, material list, shop drawing, calculation sheet, loading capacity analysis and assembly instruction on site and other after-sale service.

6. Are you looking for agent or distributor in our country? Yes, we are looking for agent or distributor worldwide based on win-win relationship. Step 03. Update status of order production until completion

Step 04. Execute pre-shipment inspection

Step 07. Provide Commercial documents for import clearance or other special documents as required
